  1. This is Debian GNU's prepackaged version of GnuPG2, a free PGP
  2. replacement.

  4. Gnupg was originally packaged by James Troup <james@nocrew.org>,
  5. from sources obtained from
  6. ftp://ftp.gnupg.org/GnuPG/gnupg/gnupg-1.2.4.tar.gz.
  7. The changes were minimal, namely:

  9. - adding support for the Debian package maintenance scheme, by adding
  10.   various debian/* files.
